I was trying to ballpark what the appropriate number of human moderators for social networks would be. From some well-moderated subreddits, 1 moderator per 50,000 or so active users seems to be in the right range. ->

By that metric moderating Twitter would take in the range of 6,500 employees, and moderating Tumblr nearly 8,000. If you take FBs 2b users seriously, that's nearly 40,000.
