Ambulances are overwhelmingly free and where hey cost money, it’s vastly cheaper than in the US. In the US, EMTs frequently report being turned away by gravely injured people who don’t want their families to go into debt. People die of diabetes because of the cost of insulin.
OK, so if you don't pay attention to international news sources and you don't trust American news sources, then who do you trust to tell you what's going on in the world? I'm guessing it's people who already share your ideological leanings.
