I am receiving several reports that only first photo effect is being applied on portraitxi but im not able to reproduce it. Can you comment below with your ios version and screen recording in case you have same issue?

Thats the weird thing about it. Not everyone is affected, for example i have two testers both on ios 12.1 and ipX, one has it the other does not. Going crazy with this

No you are using native portrait mode. You should be in photos
