This bill would be the complete opposite of how medicine began. Here, the patient authorizes the procedure, where as in the past, the patient didn't have a choice in being an experimental guinea pig. I say bravo to the bill and the patients who want to push the limits.

Those legislators who vote against this are the same legislators who would be first in line to get experimental treatments for themselves and their own family members. They're also the same ones who exempted themselves from obamacare, Social Security payments, gun laws, etc.
