It's ok if you are happy about a change, but don't forget without delaying the movie, the animators have to do overtime to fix the design. People who aren't in the position to decide what to do, they have to work more hours than they should work and that is always a problem.

In all honesty tho, you already have an appealing character! Atleast in this poster. Don't let his limbs get too long, push his expressions a bit in a cartoony way, put the mouth closer to his eyes so it's cuter and maybe switch out the human teeth for cute spiky hedge teethpic.twitter.com/7pk9XQ8bSr
