How does YouTube not tell you why a video is demonetized? Changed my video like 6 times and it got demonetized every time. 10/10 @TeamYouTube @YTCreators

I have a feeling some of the reasoning is because guides are different in every country. So what's okay in the USA ain't okay in let's say Russia. YouTube is trying to make YouTubers, viewers, advertisers, and multiple countries happy all at the same time.

This makes sense, but at least YouTube is more transparent so that users, including creators, aren't very frustrated.

Craig is having the same issues. He got demonetized because of the blood in this imagepic.twitter.com/ZQ1MUIDNr2

That’s ’cause they don’t know the specifics, it feels like they trust their algorithm blindly and don’t question it.

Unfortunately, that’s what YouTube has become, and more than likely will always be, did hear about the new policy their rolling out? Well, if I remember correctly they are coming with a policy that can demonetize a video based off of your comments section, so anything bad, byebye.

This is true. Its best practice to set comment to separate possible spam and block the bad words. You could also find some good mods to help monitor comments. However, this policy was announced during the height of the child endangerment due to predators lurking in comments.

We’re what made YouTube what it is, and the reason why it’s like this right now is for the fact that YouTube doesn’t bring in too much money, so their trying to appeal to advertisers, and that’s not good in the slightest, YouTube should be VERY clear about everything.
