Interviews with VCs would be so much better if they were immediately followed by anonymized fact checking by portfolio founders.

You can have a great idea, but be perfectly unable to execute it. So many (co)founders aren’t right for the job... no commercial acumen, sometimes bullies, not driven enough etc. Forcing them to step down if they are (really) bad / toxic is positive for employees and the company
