Their deaths were a direct result of his decision to rob the armored car for his own personal benefit. Was it not?

The way that murder works is that someone kills another person, in this case with a gun. Boudin's father was not armed and did not kill anyone. Hope that clears things up for you.

Um, wrong and awfully naive.

Objectively true, actually. Unless it's murder for hire or a throw mama from the train situation.

That’s great Boss. My law degree is from Berkeley. Yours? You reject Felony Murder and Conspiracy as crimes. That’s great. Some people reject Abortion and Marital Rape. Let’s all just make up whatever we want and try to impose it on each other.

I didn't reject conspiracy. I just reject crimes not actually committed by the person being charged. I don't think that's crazy. I guess going to cal doesn't make you smart, huh?

No. Not being smart makes you not smart. Conspiring with others to commit a crime and acting in furtherance of that conspiracy IS a crime. The crime you reject. You are not smart. Sorry.

Shes not rejecting those as crimes merely acknowledging those crimes are not murder. The choice isn't felony murder or not a crime at all, his father committed a less serious crime than murder.

Not according to the law. A moral argument is being made that rejects the law. Acting as a group to commit a felony makes all participants guilty of any murders committed by the group. It’s called “felony murder”. Does it matter what KKK member actually pulls the trigger? No.

So a admitted KKK leader, whose known to have killed people drives his vehicle into a protest/crowd attempting to kill? Does he get prosecuted for felony murder for his involvement with terrorists, of course not. Because felony murder is a political crimehttps://www.nytimes.com/2020/08/11/us/kkk-harry-rogers-guilty.html …
