Just left the Administration briefing on Coronavirus. Bottom line: they aren't taking this seriously enough. Notably, no request for ANY emergency funding, which is a big mistake. Local health systems need supplies, training, screening staff etc. And they need it now.

Additionally, many of them work part time jobs and in some states, like Wisconsin, they are ineligible for regualr unemployment let alone "extended."

People on SS and SSI/disability benefits are some of our most vulnerable citizens. They face increased cost of basic necessities in the face of a pandemic e.g. paying for delivery due to social distancing. Leaving them out of a stimulus bill is a HUGE mistake.
