@SarahAMcManus and I have recently been reading stuff by Daniel Wile (HT@uncatherio!) and it's really solid. To elaborate, a lot of the dialogues he gives as examples in the book have similar levels of self-awareness as the Tiago+Lauren exchange, although Wile notes that many people don't have this level of introspection. I think it's therefore even more a resource to people who do!
