LVCC loop is a people mover system. It works as designed requested by the LVCVA. It cost $160 million less than the next closest bid for a people mover rail actually. Saved the city tons of money.

By that logic, let’s remove escalators, people mover systems, and conveyor belts at airports.
LAX people mover system costs $5 billion but who needs that, right?
At least people in wheelchairs can use most of them easily.
