I've been seeing a lot of WFH threads talking about remote work and the benefits of the option for mental health, home life, etc. Which is VALID. But I here's a personal vent: My ADHD makes full time remote work *extremely* hard on me mentally.

Yeah, the social stuff is tough, but it's also exacerbated by the pandemic, which is why my focus was my ADHD issues in the thread. I miss seeing coworkers and being social~~

i always considered myself an introvert, i was happy to get my eight hours of socialising a day, and then hole myself away for 12 hours to recharge. 1.5 years of that is making me kinda
though haha.
but yeah, cannot fathom being remote 24/7. cant focus at all!
