Yup. I don't know how different studios address degree/diploma vs reels, I've definitely worked with a lot of international people in my time who didn't necessarily study here.

i might be wrong but i seem to remember that ten years of industry experience will also make you eligible, if you dont have at least a bachelors? plus other visas will let you use different things as eligibility. visas are a hard thing no matter which way you do it, though.
