    Hawaii’s Mazie Hirono now up. Asks Kavanaugh if he’d apply Rice v. Caetano, a 15th Amendment case, to programs benefitting native Hawaiians. He says he’d apply precedent but doesn’t directly answer. Hirono sort of accuses him of misstating the holding of Rice case.
