    By that standard, you could say the Republicans initially acted to block the release of their own memo. Making it available to the whole House was the first step toward release, under a process set forth in House rules. That’s what has now happened to both memos.

    If they are still suckers. Proposition 71 passed as an anti-Bush measure. He's not around anymore to kick, they have no CURES! CURES! CURES, so not sure the people of CA are going to be that dumb, particularly given the terrible conditions of schools, etc.. Nah, who am I kidding?
