    I feel the same in many ways as I watch what happens at from my new vantage point at

    I spent four years as a reporter. hired me and was a pretty great boss. So, too, was . I learned a lot from these two great newsmen and I'm sorry to see them go. It's the end of an era for Chico's paper of record.

    Republicans doing their constitutional duty and overseeing ? That would be a good change.

    I hope we who have supported this administrations initiatives over the last two years can persuade the President to choose a different direction. But we must also fulfill our constitutional duty to conduct oversight over the policies of the executive branch. 2/2

    Our defense secretary says we should support our allies and be wary of Russia. And as points out, those views no longer align with which tells you how dangerous Trump's foreign policy is.

    So basically, sends US troops to the border, where they're not needed. And he wants to withdraw troops from Syria, where they are. As with most of his decisions, crass politics trumps smart policy.
