Your logical premises begin from something. Before this something could arise, there is nothing.
“Nothing” (like the number 0) is like a placeholder. What has no form—inherent self-existence—can enable all things to have theirs.

It is in a sense futile to conceptualize it, because your conceptualization is enabled by it and cannot thus cover it by any means. Of course you cannot conceive of it; it is excluded from your logic, but only because it is precisely what makes your logic possible.

Of course it’s also perfectly logical to say that there is no such thing as nothingness, as by definition it does not exist. 😂 Yet curiously it is what everything that exists needs in order to exist, so there is something about it that is very undeniable.
