But going in you gotta lose everything you think you had. Survival, the future, the past. Joys and pains, loved ones, and any last whisper of the you that had them. Falling into an otherwise void once, a shadow of the one that fell remained held, experiencing vertigo-terror.

Losing a child, it’s literally a nothing child. The void can be pure terror. Otherwise people would just meditate and nothing would ever go wrong.
