I would love to do it, but I don't know how. Part of the day is used with grinding. Work, chores, stuff that isn't fun. How do you unwind from this if not through "leisure time"?

Abandon the concept of “work” as well. Abandon all concepts and just do what you do, without anticipating the future or prejudicing the present, and all problems related to this disappear.

I recognize the wisdom in your words, but how does this work in practice? Let's say, I clean my house. It takes effort. I do it because I want and anticipate a clean house. Otherwise why do it? It's not fun. After I'm done, I am glad that cleaning is over. Now what? Leisure time!

Enjoyment (and also relaxation!) is not dependent on what one does, but how: not attempting to get here or there or this or that, but simply doing, or being. It’s a shift in perspective—though I know it’s impossible to convey via words. 😄 (this is the essence of Zen, by the way)
