By becoming so sensitive to life that it is as if everything is experienced for the first time.
Ways for cultivating such sensitivity are abundant: meditation/stillness/prayer, psychedelics, mantra/tantra...
Fundamentally anything that melts one’s preconceptions about life, and allows thus him to be absolutely amazed at everything normally overlooked. By not locking the rich diversity of life into fixed mental concepts, in the sense of “I know that already, that’s nothing special.”
