The world we live in, particularly in the West, has been cut off from the conscious archetypal ground. There is nothing to hold the Self, so whenever a crisis happens, the Self does not know how to come back from the Underworld. There is no myth, no transformation, no initiation.

Very insightful thread. 🙏 I’ve been wondering about something similar on a global scale. What might be the possible results and outcomes of the modern, westernized world’s incredibly superficial and confined perception of the self?

Yes. Part of my personal vision at least, is to bring the Goddess / feminine aspect of Divine to be visible. First because most people in this time will find it easier to connect through Her than though masculine aspect of God as the Lawgiver & King (He is necessary of course!)

Oh yes, that is crucial! Quite an interesting thing is that feminism, naturally, seems to be something of a gravitation towards this. But it’s such a shame that feminism tends to equate strength with perceived masculine qualities...
