Hmm, not necessarily; habits are often the result of conditioning, which itself is artificially imposed.
I mean more the kind of spontaneous tendencies and interests to which one is drawn to without planning, without really knowing why they're interesting.
The kind of tendencies to which one *feels* drawn to, instead of the ones to which one can attach mental explanations to (e.g., 'it's profitable,' 'it's good for me' or 'I have to do it'), you know?
It's a bit difficult to put to words. 😄
