What about art and other creative work?

Can you “figure out” exactly how you do creative work, so that it could be replicated to produce predictable results? Would it still be creative work?
Indeed, and perhaps therein lies its very nature and attraction... Who would care to listen to only one song over and over again, always knowing exactly how it progresses?

I'm not sure you can. I don't have experience in this area but I assume creative work always involves consciousness. What you can improve is the set-up, environment, and setting, all the stuff that surrounds it. But the work itself I think is more than a set of instructions.
