There’s not much more beautiful than the natural posture of a human body that’s not trying to fix itself, but instead just is how it feels is best. It feels so liberating too, to just let your body relax into how it wants to be... the way it’s meant to be :-)
Exactly - it begins with allowing breath to be and the rest arranges itself to be.
