Do y’all regularly practice fasting?
If so, what is your experience with it? What changes do you notice when you fast? And how long do you fast before your first meal?
Sometimes. But only during periods when I’m not enduring a lot of physical activity and my body signals fasting is welcome. After having fasted for some time, I’ve often felt clearer, lighter and sharper. I’ve also noted that not eating before sleep may help me sleep deeper.
