Functional Programming for Mortals is 100% complete! I wrote the book because I wanted to read it. Therefore, I've made it "pay what you want". Please retweet and spread the word! #fpmortals #scala #scalaz Physical prints coming soon. Report bugs.https://leanpub.com/fpmortals

Are you going to write a "Haskell for Mortals" next?

No, there are many good books to learn Haskell. I might add a bonus chapter in 6 months if I have the motivation and energy to do so.

Going to write some sort of Ensime for Haskell then? Manually specifying imports is so annoying.

One more day to handover my floss projects and it's family time, golf and Haskell books :-D But it's all FUD. And no smiling allowed. It's a new Scala community policy.

Because it’s a way to support the efforts of those who work for our benefit. Either we incentive that knowledge sharing somehow or it is not going to happen. Think about #floss ... and why contributors quit massively

I was confused by the tweet you're replying to. Either we have a language barrier, or they didn't read my tweet. Because the book is free and gratis.

Nevertheless I paid the suggested amount for it because I truly believe that’s the way to go. I don’t like the ❤️thank you ❤️ empty kind of emotional reward. Call me whatever. Actual gratitude can only be express with actual value 💵
