    I grew up in West Virginia. I had *NO* exposure to the world outside of where I’m from. Tony changed that. I started learning to see the world outside the lenses of a small town in West Virginia because of Tony.

    I appreciated how Tony celebrated people and their cultures. I was also inspired to visit several places he featured on his show including the delicious Amaz restaurant in Peru and the spacey Integretron near Joshua Tree.

    He changed my perspective on travel, culture, on life in general. Tony made me realize that determining your purpose can be a lifelong journey & that we should try to learn something from everyone we meet. He let me know that it's ok to not be ok. He gave me hope.
