Anecdotally, people don’t seem to know about iOS camera filters. They accidentally pick one and leave it selected until someone tells them.
Mike Rundle@mjtsai The UI doesn't represent the currently selected filter very well at all.

@flyosity Nope. Also, Aperture can undo an iOS filter, but it seems to only work on one photo at a time.
