    So many families cannot even join in with activities aimed at disabled children, because of the lack of provision for those requiring a toilet, basin, hoist and bench.

    We have had a troublesome Easter Holidays so far too.... All because no one is willing to admit the need for fully accessible toilets aka Only half way in week 1.... and struggling!!!!!

    We’ve often been sat on the plane waiting for chloes chair last year it was an hour,the year b4 her chair was left at the airport, don’t talk 2 me about transfers sat in the baking heat for 2 hours waiting on a suitable 1 and some airports literally turf her medical trunks out!

    Had a Fab Easter Sunday at . But was on tenderhooks incase my son needed the loo as NO Also a few tweaks here and there to make a fully inclusive playground would be fab too.

    (2/2) We also booked & paid extra for a certain VIP lane which had the best WC access, this wasn't available and the ramp.took so long to come also. Today was hard work & off putting.

    So fed up of this state of affairs. And this is just for social housing - accessible private homes being built is a fantasy (level access at front door and downstairs bathroom does not an accessible home make 🙄)

    * PLEASE RT * In June 2017, I climbed Snowdon carrying my 4 year old disabled son on my back - it is one of my greatest achievements. Women can do anything they put their minds to!

    Just been told that no one has ever complained about the toilets not being suitable for all disabled people at parks. Which is insane as I’ve complained & know several others who have too. My son hasn’t been able to use a loo for 3 days in a row as none suitable
