  2. Voters said and approved the restoration of voting rights to 1.5 million Floridians, but election officials weren't told where to start. Now, Gov.-elect DeSantis (who received a million fewer votes than Amendment 4) said he will need to weigh in.

  4. A 2016 SCOTUS ruling struck down a Texas anti-abortion law as unconstitutional, as it applied unnecessary regulations to abortion clinics and impeded access to the procedure. But since then, other states have gotten away with similar restrictions.
