Within a week of 9/11 a man shot and killed Balbir Singh Sodhi. He was shot while planting flowers at his gas station. It was the first in a wave of crimes targeting immigrants from countries with large Muslim populations

So in their own apartment, at night, black people have to OBEY orders from unknown intruders. Got it.

There should be no excuses here. She did everything wrong. He did nothing wrong. He heard someone apparently breaking into his apartment. She was the intruder.

They arrested Prof. Skip Gates on his own property for walking through his own front door. No refuge.

Sad part about this is if HE had shot her for breaking into his apartment he’d probably be charged with murder.

This story gets worse and worse! I HATE how the media is covering it too. They should be calling out the inconsistencies in her rapidly changing story instead of posting headlines like this garbage.

It’s not just training. It’s a system that’s designed to excuse uses of force. DAs, prosecutors and judges working with police to help them avoid punishment for the killing of the people they’re tasked with “serving and protecting”. “I feared for my life.”

Everyone with a home of any kind should note that this could very well happen to them--and play-out in exactly the same way. The answer is either to hold police accountable for murder or assume that every knock or ring at your door is a police officer with gun drawn.

She wasn't a cop in that circumstance, she was an armed intruder that should be charged with murder.

I do NOT believe 's door was "Ajar" an she went in. The neighbors account of what they saw/heard has never changed. With the media printing a new version of HER account daily, it is likely a police cover up!

Breaking: Armed intruder attempted to verbally control resident of the apartment she broke into before murdering him in cold blood while hiding behind her badge.

Dallas police officer said she gave "verbal commands" that TENANT IN HIS OWN PROPERTY ignored before she fatally shot him. Probably because he didn't want to have to negotiate with someone who broke into his own home.

Are you trying to legitimize her story? This headline makes it seem like she was in a lawful position to give him commands; a position she was most definitely NOT in, since it was HIS home she broke into. This is infuriating. Do better.

Dallas police officer broke into civilian home without a warrant and shot him unarmed in his living room. Unit of the officer is working hard to cover up all the pieces that can have her charged with murder.

Even if EVERYTHING says is true 1)She Entered Unlawfully 2)Committed an assault after having done so 3)She committed a HOMICIDE concurrent with 1 & 2. That equals MURDER under Texas Law. Giving "verbal commands"in no way negates points 1, 2 or 3. It's a smokescreen

So black people now have to believe that anybody breaking into thier house is s cop, and to take orders. Man listen if he had a gun and shot her for breaking into his to house would be in the right. She was in the wrong damn house, she was not on duty, her orders dont mean 💩
