Heh! Wasn't me who gifted it to the internet, I was on a painfully slow dialup connection in those days. Burnt it to CD-R for some American friends and they spread it like wildfire.

The bootleg mp3 that's out is only at a max bit rate of 160 kbps. Even with the 15,000 Hz limit would a remaster in lossless format be possible?

There is no uncompressed master, sadly. Minidiscs used 256kbps ATRAC compression. The original doesn't sound much better than the mp3s, it's pretty muddy. Will try to dig the MD up and do a fresh rip. The only CD-R copy I have has deteriorated so badly it won't play any more.

What can you tell us about the show itself? Was there a visual element to the show? Did the boys work the crowd at all?

Standard BoC setup: wobbly super 8 footage projected on a screen behind them and a couple of small TV monitors. They stood pretty motionless throughout. Only time I ever saw Boards jump around on stage was when they opened for Seefeel at Blech in '97.
