How is speed figured? I've calculated time and dist between lat/lon pairs and the speed doesn't match yours. Between 21:35.16 and 21:40.82 is 5.66s and 1.425km for 489 kts, not 558. Is yours calculated or reported? Instantaneous or average? GS or TAS?

None of the values are calculated by Flightradar24. They are all reported by the transponder. The speed reported by ADS-B is ground speed.

Looks like they regained control for a breath moment before falling again.
At least we know the pilots tried their best!

Almost looks like they had decompression, which would necessitate fast descent to 8K feet or so, and maybe a failed or overstressed recovery that damaged the aircraft, and loss of control.
