I should (hopefully) have access to the original source tomorrow. I don’t have access to the same background search software used for the original document, but I am in the process of obtaining it.

Is it confirmed that this is the same Tara Reade?

People are contacting the county directly to find out. If they send a letter saying the case files have been purged, it‘s her. If they say they the records don’t exist it’s not her. This is a form they sent for a previous case inquiry, confirming a separate case existspic.twitter.com/V79d6NmN4J

Thanks! Does it indicate the date on your source?
-
No it doesn’t unfortunately. I’ve tried to search for a date but to no avail.

Yep... Writing a bad check/ committing check fraud like this ( especially if it’s over 450.00) could definitely get you booted or asked to leave a government job...

For the record, writing a bad check isn’t a big deal. I have never done it myself but people struggle. However, the timing is what needs to be checked. If it had anything to do with her termination.

Writing a bad check doesn’t isn’t considered fraud- as listed on the doc- in CA, unless the amount was over $450 & it was done with intent.
