Great to hear Niall, Pauline, Joe, Conor, Níall talk about their LGBT+ policies today in Teach Solais. Too bad the other candidates didn't bother showing up.

I was asked to go to Ratoath to say nice things about a friend, Regina Doherty. When there I said she was a decent, able politician of integrity and on tv she did occasionally answer questions. I wished her well. I made it clear I would be voting for Richard Boyd Barret

Great to see FG and FF knocked off their perch and totally deserved Schadenfreude for anyone on the left who has suffered through the two wings of Ireland's "institutional revolutionary party" (as the Mexican equivalent is called) for the past hundred years. But.

I did a review of the parties' manifestos last week... & virtually all have included commitments to supporting the development of community energy. Looks like 2020 is the decade of community owned power.

Wow, what a wonderful time at our open day at Templederry Community Owned Wind Farm. Over 100 people from all over the country. Some of the attendees on the shuttle bus to the turbines. Many had already switched electricity supplier to Community Power, many have pledged to do so.

Analyst on RTE: “there’s an appetite for economic populism” based on audience support for dealing with homelessness crisis. How’s it not “economic populism” to advocate tax cuts? In Ireland, people who care about others are populists & being selfish is pragmatic

Be great to see an Irish Journalist do something like this. Don’t hold your breath. Tough interviews are for those who care about vulnerable people and a fairer society - not corrupt and spoofing chancers like this gombeen who gets unquestioning freedom of the media on demand...

Noteworthy that the progressive parties are focused on supply-side solutions to the housing crisis. FF and FG emphasise demand-side approaches. The first approach actually houses people; the second inflates prices.
