FanFest - logistics, entertainment and locations. How do you get a large group of people (fans) moved from one area ot the next, how do you keep them entertained, how do you keep them wanting more. Day - lots of coodination with many groups; lots of communication and emails.
I was impressed with the whole event last year. I imagine the logistics can get pretty crazy. Probably some tear your hair out moments and fires to put out too. Tons of respect for you for making it a fun event for everyone.
