A quick guide for D23 members looking to sign up for #DisneyPlus online.
Go to https://d23.com/ , login to your account. Navigate to the "my account" window and hit view account.

I was able to sign up (general member) but my friend who is also a general member doesn’t have the offer. Any ideas?

I'd recommend trying to reach out to the D23 team directly, here's a link: https://d23.com/contact-us/ Beyond that, I'm not entirely sure. Most likely they'll need to make sure the account is entitled correctly in order to redeem the offer. Best of luck!
