    1 question you ALWAYS need to ask urself, when doing any kind of lifestyle change, be it diet or fitness related, is “Will this be sustainable in 90, 120, 365 days down the line”? If the answer is YES: Excellent, keep doing you boo! If the answer is NO: Look for another option!
