I think all the 'billionaihs' talk in politics has caused people to lose perspective. The combined money of all the billionaires in the US put together could only fund the govt for a few months. There is no unprecedented, rapturous hoard of wealth lying in any individual's hands.

Not true at all, Bezos has more money than many countries GDPs many times over. It’s an absurd amount of money that most can’t even imagine

Jeff Bezos doesn't actually have much money as most of his wealth is in Amazon stock. People often forget that networth and amount of money is very different thing.

Yes I saw this--It is exactly what I'm talking about in the sense that this is the kind of video that is misleading people into thinking Bloomberg can give everyone a million. Billionaires are very rich but you still have to keep the numbers in perspective.
