Muay Thai Masta Peter Khambay Sisomphou has just passed a few hours ago. He was my mentor and trainer. I will miss him always ❤️. No man was ever like him. He was wildest and wisest man I have ever trained with. Rest In Peace Adjan. We will miss you!

You’re wise man 😊. Stability training is great for recovery and prevents injury.

• Stability ball – on my active rest days (Wednesday & Sunday), I will go for a walk and do a short mobility routine. I’m adding in work on a stability ball per @firas_zahabi's recommendation to build strong and stable knees for BJJ jujiclub.com/collections/ji.

Would the exercise work if you used the words brother/ sister as to bring the event closer to home or is this related to how the media acts in consequence to global atrocities on humankind and the environment at large?

Exactly. But if they were and you are equally appalled then you are consistent.

Coach, I don’t understand. How does switching “Ukrainian” to “Russian” work? Ukrainians are not indiscriminately killing Russian civilians and looting their homes. If they were, we should be condemning them also but that’s not the case.

Ask your self, Am I a honest person?? To find out, read any article once then read it again but this time switch the names. Wherever you read “Ukrainian” switch it to “Russian” and vice versa, wherever you read Palestinian switch it to Israeli and vice versa.

This budget should have one job: Reverse #JustinFlation My 'common cents' plan to do that: 1. Axe the carbon tax 2. Phase out inflationary deficits 3. Remove the gatekeepers, to make more energy, food, and houses, and create Canadian paycheques. pierre4pm.ca/the_budget_has

The scientific method is a very specific system not to be conflated with empiricism.Hypothesis followed by controlled experiment then observation etc is very unique to Al-Haytham. Yes the Egyptians/Greeks/Chinese etc had many great thinkers but not same thing

yes and like my example with Hippocrates. Scholars agree he is the father of medicine but clearly the technology of the tools still being used today were carved out in stone over 4k years ago. There was no Greece at this time. Im Hotep, the first recorded multi genious.

The scientific methods was not “discovered” it was rather developed and continues to be so. The pioneer most scholars agree is Ibn Al-Haytham

Ancient egyptians discovered science and the sientific method. most of the knowledge gained by arabians were a result of the muslim conquest in northern africa and discovery the literature they found and translated. Its how europeans know about their “Classical” ancient history.

.. they don't care about young generations being priced out of the neighborhoods they grew up in. Even Plante wants to eliminate the 'welcome tax' for new home owners even though 80% are just investment properties for the rich. ps: they don't care.
