    We make our seeded whole wheat rolls with heritage red fife berries that we mill in house. By milling our own flour, we preserve the natural flavor and nutrients of the grain. The rolls are coated with oats, pumpkin, flax, and sunflower seeds, and sprinkled with coarse sea salt.
