Ouch that per user SE licensing is going to hurt orgs that are not prepared. Per user licensing only simplifies one thing in terms of Java - profit.
I can only imagine the annoyance some former colleagues at are hearing on inquiries.

It’s amazing to me that, in the end, Docker will probably outlive Kubernetes, by a lot.
Dockerfiles are low-tech and weird… But people will continue writing them long after the last kub node is retired, because they solve a more important problem in a harder to replace way.

Although all classed under the banner of 'risk assessment & security' I would classify these requests in 2 distinct categories:
- country of origin requests (very bad! won't actually help with risk assessment)
- SBOMs, scan results, reviews (not great but not as terrible)

If you have any coworkers on L1, it’s a good time to check on them. L1s are not transferable to other sponsors, and an L1 holder needs to leave the country unless they can’t find a new job at their current sponsor — unlikely after a layoff.
