And what if that person who videotaped the fire tornado in 2003
decided not to!?! -
There’s a difference between recording what’s in front of you and actively travelling into the area to get images. Plus the guy who got the footage of the 2003 tornado was a Kambah local who lived in the area and he filmed it from the playing field far from the fire.
