This is an accurate report of the ACT CHO’s briefing and the headline clearly indicates the advice is from ACT Health. The Crimes obviously didn’t pull this out of a hat.
Alas, CHO is giving poor/poorly worded advice :( It's ANU students who are organising masks from syd and vic to distribute to people in shelters - not the ACT Govt
