If you bop them (gently) on the snout, they roll up & you can carry them to somewhere better. The spikey bits ain't too sharp. I love 'em.
Yeah, I was told not to touch it and didn’t want to stress it. But good to know when it’s an emergency.

We had heaps around in west coast Tassie when i was a kid. I once brought one home but it got into the elderly neighbour's garden. Shame. He loved his garden. So i was banned from collecting them after that.
