They’ve now closed the court to the public to go over affidavits the government want kept confidential, and whether or not some evidence can be considered by the court only.

I also went to the hearing and got thrown out because the judge closed the court to the public. I understand the govt has never admitted to the bugging (although everybody now knows it) and they therefore wanted the court had to be closed to keep the 'secret'
