Why isn't the media talking about whether Yes Fest in Canberra on Saturday is going to be BYO like it was after the survey results last year?

The rules for BYO alcohol consumption in public in the ACT are surprisingly lax. Only a small number of fully alcohol free places, with some caveats (eg. if a place serves food). Can still get done for public nuisance etc, but compared to other places it's lax I think.
