Sadly I can't catch without being hit in the face, throw straight (my office bin can attest) or run far. My involvement would be an unmitigated disaster.

That still sounds above my level of skill, but you’re off the hook. There definitely should be more women and women MLAs involved, so ask around those hallowed halls at the Assembly.
