  So when are going to release an actual sequel to Dissidia? Imagine a Dissidia on modern consoles, with deep RPG elements as in the previous games.

  Why not? NT is just an arcade spinoff, with the basic combat from Dissidia and 3vs3. Also, the arenas in the two original games are way more interesting. I'm totally fine with this arcade game coming to home consoles, but I would be even happier with a new Dissidia sequel also.
