I have Charter Spectrum and have been without tv and internet for 24 hours now. They can't or won't give me an explanation or ask estimated time of repair. I hate cable companies...
What better way to hand it Comcast during this major nationwide outage than by contacting your Rep and demanding they save #NetNeutrality

It’s a fiber outage from Level 3 communications.. charter is one of the companies that leased the line. The fiber was cut at 2 locations.

Don’t listen to the negative people this stuff does happen. After the outage it’s completed wait a couple of days and call and they will gladly” probably” refund You properly for the day that you were out of service
